Welcome to the Downtown Sarasota Alliance, Inc. website. By accessing this site and joining the Alliance, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership & Dues

• Eligibility: Membership is open to businesses, residents, and government entities within the Downtown Sarasota districts.
• Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, memberships are set to auto-renew annually. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Member Portal.
• Refunds: Membership dues are generally non-refundable as they are immediately applied to the Alliance’s advocacy and community programming.

2. Member Directory & Content

• Accuracy: Members are responsible for ensuring their directory information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct: The DSA reserves the right to remove any directory listing or terminate membership if a member’s conduct is deemed detrimental to the mission of the Alliance or the vibrancy of the Downtown Sarasota community.

3. Banner Program & Events

• Participation in the Streetlight Pole Banner Program is subject to availability and City of Sarasota regulations.
• Registration for DSA events (e.g., Networking Events) may be subject to additional “Day-of” terms or cancellation policies as noted on the specific event page.

4. Intellectual Property

The “Downtown Sarasota Alliance” logo, “The Buy Local Pledge,” and all original content on this site are the property of the DSA and may not be used without written permission, except for members displaying the “Proud Member” badge.

5. Limitation of Liability

The DSA provides this website “as-is” and is not liable for any technical inaccuracies, directory errors, or third-party links (such as transportation or map services).
